Just Announced - New Service Plan Bundles!

We are very excited to unveil the future of our ProSupport Complete service offering. In the last few weeks we have been ramping up for 2012.

We have added more network monitors, weekly and monthly reporting, a new Antivirus WITH malware protection, a new UNLIMITED Onsite Service Call option, the inclusion of your workstations web site usage, and many more under the hood tweaks.

Our Base plan will remain intact at a base rate of $249 service additions. Starting in January we will be phasing out our ProMonitor support plan which had very few takers as most of you wanted onsite support options and more involved assistance.

To highlight, we are launching 3 new support bundles which pack in all of the new features and then some.  

OFFICE: Includes 6 workstations + a server.

CORPORATE: Includes up to 15 workstations + two servers + UNLIMITED Onsite Calls  

ENTERPRISE: Includes up to 30 Workstations + five servers + UNLIMITED Onsite Calls. The savings are based on our base plan plus related addons, this is a great opportunity to get more support for less.

We are also releasing a new service pack for 5 workstations, this can be added to any plan and is only $99 vs our market rate of $145. For more information on any of these plans give us a ring.
